I experienced a puncture on a run flat tire while 1/3 into an 11 hr trip. Service manager Tori Hardin was a life saver!! With amazing resourcefulness she identified an opportunity to access a tire and I was in and out and back on the road in less than an hour!!! During that time I had the pleasure of meeting owner Wayne Gregory, who answered questions that enabled me to utilize Audible better for the rest of my trip! What started as a big wrinkle in my day was an amazing experience!!!! I CANT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP MORE HIGHLY -GO BMW OF ALBANY!!!!

Albany Motorcars has been my dealership since I moved back to GA in 2000. I have always felt a family connection with all of the management staff, sales staff, and the service department! All around I would give them an A+! They have always been sensitive to my personal vehicle needs and created an inviting professional experience. Was a VERY pleasant experience. I live about 50miles from the dealership, after repairing my car and being out of town they delivered my car safely to my home free of charge!! The staff was super and communication was top notch.
