I experienced a puncture on a run flat tire while 1/3 into an 11 hr trip. Service manager Tori Hardin was a life saver!! With amazing resourcefulness she identified an opportunity to access a tire and I was in and out and back on the road in less than an hour!!! During that time I had the pleasure of meeting owner Wayne Gregory, who answered questions that enabled me to utilize Audible better for the rest of my trip! What started as a big wrinkle in my day was an amazing experience!!!! I CANT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP MORE HIGHLY -GO BMW OF ALBANY!!!!

Albany Motorcars has been my dealership since I moved back to GA in 2000. I have always felt a family connection with all of the management staff, sales staff, and the service department! All around I would give them an A+! They have always been sensitive to my personal vehicle needs and created an inviting professional experience. I love love my ( I have claimed him) salesman, Mr. Rob Roy. He is very informative, patient, and thorough. Most importantly I love all the vehicles I have purchased here. Lifetime customer!
