The sandwiches I've tried at the Alhambra location have always been superb. Unfortunately, the service is NOT!! I went this morning around 11:20. One customer was sitting at a table. The staff person told her that her order was ready so she walked up to the counter. I had been standing at the counter for a few minutes and was ready to order. At least 4 staff persons saw me there and never said a word. After a few more minutes, I walked out. I do not intend to go back to the Alhambra location. It's really too bad the service isn't as great as their food. Perhaps the Pasadena location is friendlier to their customers.

Customer service is great, the sandwiches are good, and the deserts in the case are yummy. This spot used to be a bank and the original vault doors are super cool.

This used to be one of my favorite quick bfast and coffee spots. I moved away and today, while visiting the area, I stopped by to find mediocre coffee and food ☹️
